Fresh
organic cream is used to transform different varieties of chocolate
into truffles. Fine teas, herbs, spices, and fruit are infused
to add another dimension and compliment some of the flavors
already present in the chocolate. Finally, each is either molded
or dipped and given its own unique decoration.
